Pacuzzi Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Pacuzzi Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with content creators, food bloggers, influencers, and kitchen enthusiasts to help spread the word about Pacuzzi—the revolutionary steam-enhancing silicone steamer that transforms any pan into a powerful steam machine for fresher, faster, and better meals.

By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Affiliate Commissions & Payouts

• Affiliates earn 20% commission on all valid sales generated through their unique referral link.
  
• Commissions are tracked and paid via Refersion on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $XX.
  
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are not permitted and will not earn commissions.
  

2. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must promote Pacuzzi honestly and accurately—no false claims, exaggerated benefits, or misleading information.
  
• Affiliates may use approved brand assets (logos, product images, and videos) but may not alter them without permission.
  
• We encourage promotion through blogs, social media, email marketing (with proper disclosures), and personal websites.
  
• Affiliates must not use spam, misleading clickbait, or unethical marketing practices.
  

3. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

• No Trademark Bidding – Affiliates may not bid on "Pacuzzi" or variations of our brand name in search engine ads (Google, Bing, etc.).
  
• No Direct Paid Ads to Our Website – Affiliates running paid ads must direct traffic to their own landing page first.
  
• No Coupon or Deal Sites – Unauthorized posting of discount codes on coupon sites is prohibited.
  
• No Misleading Claims – Affiliates must not claim Pacuzzi cures diseases, replaces all cookware, or has benefits not backed by us.
  
• No Fake Reviews or Incentivized Purchases – Affiliates cannot post fake testimonials or provide financial incentives for purchases.
  
• No Adult, Hate, or Illegal Content – Affiliates may not promote Pacuzzi on adult, gambling, hate speech, or illegal websites.
  

4. FTC Compliance & Disclosures

• Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship (e.g., "This post contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.").
  
• Social media influencers must use #ad, #sponsored, #pacuzzi or similar tags in promotional posts.
  

5. Termination & Violations

• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate who violates these terms.
  
• Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or prohibited activities may forfeit commissions and be removed from the program.
  

6. Content Usage Rights

By participating in the The Pacuzzi Affiliate Program, you agree that any content you create featuring Pacuzzi's products — including but not limited to photos, videos, testimonials, written posts, and social media stories — may be used by Wonderworx LLC for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes. This includes but is not limited to usage on websites, social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, and other promotional materials.

You grant Wonderworx LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content, with or without credit, at Wonderworx LLC ’s discretion.

If you prefer to limit or restrict the use of specific content you create, you must notify Wonderworx LLC  in writing prior to or immediately following content publication. Otherwise, all content shared publicly by you will be considered eligible for brand use under this agreement.

By joining our program, you agree to these terms & conditions and look forward to an exciting partnership in sharing the Pacuzzi experience!

By submitting or publicly posting content related to PACUZZI, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant the above license and that such use by Wonderworx LLC  will not violate the rights of any third party.
